I'm down to 245.6 from a starting weight of 256.6. That's a total loss of 11 pounds since July 5th.
Yay! Each pound is another step towards my goal of a healthier, better me.

I was fat. If I wanted to live to see 60, I needed to lose some weight. If I didn't want to die of a stroke or diabetes, I needed to lose some weight. I blogged my journey and my ups and downs on my way to becoming healthy AND a former fattie, and now I plan to blog my maintenance!
