I've lost 5% of my body weight so far: 12.8 lbs. 10% of my starting weight is 25.6 lbs and that is my next goal.
5% isn't too shabby! Yippee!

I was fat. If I wanted to live to see 60, I needed to lose some weight. If I didn't want to die of a stroke or diabetes, I needed to lose some weight. I blogged my journey and my ups and downs on my way to becoming healthy AND a former fattie, and now I plan to blog my maintenance!
