I was fat. If I wanted to live to see 60, I needed to lose some weight. If I didn't want to die of a stroke or diabetes, I needed to lose some weight. I blogged my journey and my ups and downs on my way to becoming healthy AND a former fattie, and now I plan to blog my maintenance!

Up 2lbs so far
It's my TOM and I've gained 2lbs. It's pissing me off. I hate my period. I hate it hate it hate it.
