I've been trying to get back into a good routine and it has not been easy; I am very sore from my lift class but I have kept forcing myself to keep going to the gym even though it's so HARD!
I haven't lost any weight this week either. :-(
Plus this weekend I have been VERY naughty with the smoking. I'm back to my old habits, and I have a date tomorrow with a guy who HATES cigarette smoke. Why do I bother?

I'm thinking about you... don't be so hard on yourself. Just remember too, what you think about yourself is the most important thing, and when you're feeling down, look to the people that love ya and lift you up!! I'm been bad too with the smoking, but I know I do it as a stress reliever. I know it's unhealthy, but also no a lot of other unhealthy things I could be doing and WANT to be doing. Smoking is minor compared to those other things. :-D Hang in there!
Smoking sucks. I just put one out. I think the weight thing is easier than the smoking.
I'm trying to focus on the positive, though...and you should, too. You are improving your health, working out. One step at a time.
You can do this - focus on all the things that you have done well today and build on those little successes (even if it's just "I flossed today"!!!). Sending positive thoughts your way.
