Maybe someday I won't be so jazzed about losing 1/5th of a pound, but for now it's a victory! Yippee!
Scale said 235.8lbs this morning. Scale good. Scale will be rewarded with cuddles.

oh I'm all for jazzed for any weight loss. Going down is better than going up. We know how it feels to go up so enjoy going down. Way to go!
